I go $0.28/g. Works out to $127/P. Fast trimmers get 4+ a day, drives the slow people to work faster. If trimming sucks we hand it back to them to clean up again. Hourly has given me crap effort from great trimmers before. This pushes everybody to work better. And trim cost is always the same...
