when doing an outdoor grow what does the PH of the water need to be before going in the ground? and also after watering the plant with PH'd water does the soil need tested afterwards?(growing in the ground..not pots)

the only thing i have to worry about is overhead as far as that goes, it is my biggest concern. there is a lot of dense under growth such as thorn bush's, vines and vines in the shrub trees. this stuff is so thick in summer time you can't really see ten foot into it. overhead is my only concern...
