I think you could do with a few more candles, when flowering switch the light cycle to 24/24, and keep the over temps at a cool 150 degree, also skip the soda bottles and get yourself so old gloss tins.

I have a friend that had a cutting from a plant that was showing signs of budding and would not grow, he top the cutting, and it started to shoot up. i'm just saying what happened, don't take as gospel.

I normally veg my plants untill preflower from seed, that's the sign that they are mature.
