i used a white cardboard box to make a reflector. i cut it so its 3 feet long 1 foot wide with 4 inch walls around it. cut holes the size of my cfl sockets taped them in there and it works great. it looks like this pretty much ______________ |--x----x----x----x--| |--x----x----x----x--|...

or you could cover the ceiling n walls with poster board or white paper if your feeling lazy haha
