i have spittle bugs and snails in my garden outside i dont think snails have any problems but the spittle bugs got foam around them and are they bad?

i was told the 70w MH doesnt produce the right spectrum

also its only for 1 plant

im building a room 2x2 and 4 feet high , for now im jus veging in this room untill the weather comes around and growing it naturally outdoor, my question is , i have a 70W MH, looks like a spot light for the side of a convience store or something and its already wired, would this light be good...
