UPDATE.. I just repotted the plants into bigger pots, they are plastic holding cans that are approximately three times larger than the last pots they were in (8"- 3.65Liters). When I removed each plant from their respective pots, the roots were literally at the bottom of the pot. I figure...

Okay I am using CFL's approx 1-2 inches from the plants. I scooped up a bit of the soil on the side of the one that's messed up looking and the roots were literally right underneath the soil near the top. COuld this be it? I am going to repot into a much larger pot to see if that helps.. Will...

Toronto Tap water, left overnight for 24 hours. I have only fed them about 4 times total in their lifetime, about week or so between feedings. Each feeding is @ 1/4 strength. One time there was ONE leaf on each plant that displayed typical nute burn and I have not since fed them with anything...

The leaves aren't dry.. They feel really soft.

I just noticed that the leaves that are drooping terribly have purple-ish stems and are very soft to the touch. The other stems on the plant that are strong and grow upwards are green in colour and are relatively hard to the touch (not dry).

It's really drooping now.. I'm desperate now. I guess later on I'll repot it into a larger pot and maybe see if that's the issue.. But I really doubt it. I think she's dead maybe.

I've got mine inside a small closet right now. But that's a crazy design :)
