Hello to all, I have my red card and got a upgraded plant count that says 24 on it, now does anyone know for sure if that means 12/12 or can i do 24 flowering? Also can I combine that with my recreational 6? Thanks in advance TTB

OK so this bill is to force "primary caregivers" to register their grow site, get a license, etc. Well after reading through the bill it is my understanding that it only applies to "caregivers" that care for more than five patients or grow more than 30 plants. Is my understanding correct, or...
