Kinda.... So yes cut at 45 degrees right below a node then when ready cut off leaf/shoot just proud of stem and dip in rooting gel then into a small rockwool plug or rapid rooter etc.
I never scrape the stems just try to find supple clones that ain't all woody.
The holes look too large...
It totally depends on the light so I should of asked I will say. Most LED that draw 500W out the wall burn seedlings that small super easy. Iv done it myself ooops. You could repot that seedling I guess and bury some of the stretch as long as its not too wet.
It's just lack of knowledge mate, sometimes cost.
I'm actively looking for more up to date LED lights right now but certainly no light expert as such. Knowing which way to go is half the battle
Under 200w 6ft plants barely work. Bottom 5ft gets hardly any light. More light definitely, scrog style. All good practice though some people can't get that far :weed:
I found yet another way, just like above... Get a 4 or 6 inch cube and stand it so just one corner is touching the drain tray when you initially soak them. Odd must be the way they are layered internally but wayyyy more water comes out. I started weighing them also and writing on the label...
Pick one pretty much, zero problems in Hydro for me using Growth Technology, GH or Botanicare. Look for availability and price. Most people screw up other things and point the blame a certain way. Good luck mate with whatever you choose
