Has anyone here had any experience with the dream herb Calea Z? It is said to induce lucid dreaming. South American Indians smoked it to meet with their ancestors in the dream state. I have these sick SSRI nightmares, would be pretty intense to experience them lucid.

I run the system 24/7. I didn't know it was possible to overwater in a hydroponic system. I thought the constant flow of aerated water supplied the roots with enough oxygen. Maybe I shold leave it off for 30 minutes every 1 hour, or something like that? I did that before with no ill effects.
