Hi, can you help me a bit with a LM561C setup. My plan is to make dimmable ~120w light using twelve 24 diode strips. So 288 diodes total. Can you provide me a link for a right 5m strip from alibaba? How i wire them and what meanwell driver should i use? Thank you!!

Yes, im planning to make qb type of light with twelve cutted strips. 24 diodes for each strip. 12 x 24 = 288 diodes.

      hello dear,
can you tell me the size of your red&blue pcb ? would love to get some
      1. VegasWinner
        VegasWinner
they are 1" x12" I would recommend getting some 10w deep red and royal blues cobs from ebay. better product. I use an lpc-60-1050 driver for the cobs and the boards. cobs are cheaper and the blues seem to burn out a couple diodes. not happy with the product.

Yes watch my website. They will be available in December the Far red pcb also has UVA 386nm, as well. two channel each powered by an lpc-60-1050 MW driver with a timer.

hello, i hope you can help me with this:
      im planing on using:
      1 x HLG-320H-C1400A
      9 x 78 diode (561C) strips (3.6 feet length)
      This driver has a 229V max and each led has a 2.9 forward voltage, so 78 x 2.9 = 226.2
9 strips are run in parallel. each strip would be running close to 150mA
      1400 / 9 = 155
      is this right?

Best to run your diodes closer to 100ma or just below for best results. I would go with 14 strips to get more lumens out of the setup for1092 diodes at 100ma each closer to 190lm/w at that setup. The Vf you have correct.

      Hello.
      I have 4pcs cxb3590 76v and 2pcs Hlg-185h-c1400a connect the 4 cxb3590 72v 3500k parallel for 1 HLG-185H-C1400A it's possible ?
      box 1meter/0.7meter.4*100watts is ok ?
      I must
use dimmer for low power ?
      Big thanks for all.
      Have good vibes.

Sorry ran out of characters! Would the 200 deliver more power, therefore I'd have to turn it down via the io adj screw? I've got a power plug to monitor draw, so assume I use that to ensure both boards delivering the same power output?

Don't want to damage the boards and easier not to return the 200w driver unless I have to.

        VegasWinner
Best to connect both boards in series first neg at channel1 to positive of channel1 on board2 and so on

Hey vegas. Could I pick your brains. You helped me with a thread on drivers for chilled. Well I got a hlg-185h-c1050a 200w driver. Was going to connect both boards to one driver.

Seems bit compilacated so decided I'll do one driver per board.

So question is, what happens if I run one board on the 200w driver and the other on a 150w driver?
      1. VegasWinner
        VegasWinner
For two boards just connect the four channels in series from board to board then make series connections on channels to create one positive and one negative lead to connect to driver that is what I did

Thanks for getting back to me. I have enough capacity on each of my drivers to add one more cob per panel. Was thinking of adding one of these to break up the solid white of my cxb's & hopefully add a little more frost but never even crank the up to 1400mA. Thanks for the info, I'll see how cheaply I can get some drivers in the UK.
      cheers

Hey VegasWinner, the full spectrum cob you got from *bay you mentioned in "High End COBs vs $2 COBs" thread . Am I reading the specs on that right or is there a misprint on the specs, 3000mah !
What driver are you using to power that? cheers
      1. VegasWinner
        VegasWinner
drivers are like $12 each. the 50w ones use 1400mA or a C1400B driver. I built a couple for my garden and the garden is rowing very good.
