Just wondering what you guys use to seal your makeshift glands that aren't watertight? I have tried alot of different adhesives, silicones none with great results. currently using plumbers mate which is like window putty that never dries and stays fexible. Idea's appreciated

I have run out of co2 weeks ago and I have had no luck trying to find a place that will refill it. I purchased the bottle from ebay full. Any help will be much appreciated, Thanks
