Some strains have a tendancy to herm. Some not so much. Some are affected only when other stresses are happening along with interrupted light discipline.

Are these indoor or outdoor plants? What kind of air flow are you working with? What temps are they running in? Is your humidity high? What nutes are you feed them? I'm thinking salt build up. Are you using any sort of beneficial bacteria or microhaze? You said you were growing in roots organic...

Could be too burnt by being too close to lights. Could also be that the soil is spent and she needs some nutes. From this chart looks like Mn or Fe def.
