I live in southern California, my temps stay from 70-75F* humidity is under 50% but over 40% at all times usually 46%. can I use a bunch of ladybugs?

I found these yellow bugs under some of my fan leaves and on some of my buds. Some are moving and some just look like eggs or something. what are these and what should i do? I am also six weeks into flowering. Love and Toke 420

I have these heavy duty extension cords in my room that have the plugs that light up orange when you have power to them. Will these lights effect my plants during the lights off period?
