Hey im feeding it 1/4 strength canna a and b with canna rhzotonic, watering around every 2 days, using a ufo led. I used lemon juice to balance the ph could this be the problem? here is pictures after the night

the leaves are discoloring and going yellow with some kind of black ends coming.

I need help diagnosing what is the problem with my seedling here is the picture any ideas?
