Just Bought Silverback grow cab with all options!!!

I would just throw them in, once you have the plant large enough, then you can go ahead and take clones.

Nirvana Blue Mystic Under 2 150 watt HPS

you can have the plants to within a inch of the light, but when its summer time the tips get burned. I wouldnt go with the pc fans, id rather get one power ful fan to do all the work. My previous design was using small fans to exaust, as I was worried about the noise. If you are deadset on this...

Nirvana Blue Mystic Under 2 150 watt HPS

My space is 2 feet wide by 1.6 feet deep and 2.4 feet tall. Heat is a issue, in the summer I cant let the temps get too high or the top of the buds burn. With proper lst its not a problem. Id get a adequate ventillation, and size it genereosly. It is a drawback however, that more power comes...

Help my growbox and I with this Heat.

in such a small space your best bet would be a cool tube. I would advice against using a 150 watt in a space as small as yours. The benefits of using a high powered light are far out weighed by the heat issue, and are compounded by the burn your plants might suffer had they grow too close too...

    2 x 150 HPS Micro Cabinet-Will5437

Its around 80 outside, cab is around 100 degrees, it kinda sucks. I am also fighting a freaking defficiency in soil and its a nightmare. I also found out my PH meter is a lil off, and i learned the lesson a hard way.

    2 x 150 HPS Micro Cabinet-Will5437

right now I have 1 hps in there, and the temps stay at ambient, mind you, I have 218 CFM going throught a filter, so theres a lot of pull. Veg chamber stays at ambient also, but I dont want the fan running for 18 hours. Update, Installed a KB Controller, as expected, it caused a humm. I...

    2 x 150 HPS Micro Cabinet-Will5437

yup, 100% light proof, was really stealthy with the TD 100,but with the TD 150, you can hear the air rushing. I might go with the TD 125 in the future. What do you wana do with your cab? Id recommend getting a little bit more vertical space.

Hello Everyone Ive been working on making my cabinet ever since joining this forum. Its a small grow cabinet with a lock that I made into a 2 150 watt HPS cab cooled by a S&P TD 150. Has a veg chamber also, the design is heavily influenced by NGB's cab. Here are the pictures. heres some SLH...

    Speed Controller With S&P Fans

Hello Is anyone here running their S&P fan with a speed controller? I read many of the threads and many report a humming coming from the fan at lower voltages. I saw a thread that said I could wire a light dimmer to the fan. Is anyone here running a controller on their S&P? If so what is it...

Using a Switch with S&P TD Inline Fans

Hello Everyone, I had the idea of hooking up a switch to the S&P TD Fans so that instead of hard wiring the circuit every time you want to step up or step down the speed, you can simply switch between the two settings. You need to purchase a double toggle double pull switch. They have them at...

Anyone have experience with an EXTREMELY quiet pc fan

I use 120 mm noctua fans. Ive spent quite a lot of money and time trying to optimize my cab design and I have come to a conclusion that pc fans arent enough to run a cab. However, I strongly recommend the noctua fans. They are very quiet and move a sizeable amount of air.
