thats the only thing i can think of
well they use 125 watts of power and output roughly 300 so its suitable for one or two plants any more you should get two or upgrade to 200w but they are about the size of south africa
and what country are you in? im in UK and they are self ballast and just plug into a flex which goes into a standard socket on your wall.
