If you plan on using 250W Actual Wattage CFL (Per plant) then you'll be better off than most :)
100+ Actual watts per plant is a good way to go. Some even use 100W + 50W per extra plant. Just FYI.

Do not even worry about the (Equivalent) of a CFL, as it's referring to Incandescent globe equiv. You need to only consider TRUE wattage when looking at / using CFL globes.
So a 23w is only a 23w, no matter what it is equivalent too on the box.... Just FYI.

Once you fix the stretch issue and the plant is a little bigger you can transplant and put the stem under the soil too and it will continue along bushy rather than stretching (If you fix the lighting issue).

There has been quite a few studies done now that suggest both THC and CBD are good at slowing and treating the symptoms of Alzheimers.
