    Tutorial to Growing with Cfl's

    I have some questions about CFL's. I think I finnaly got the right type of bulb. i have 4 23 actual watt CFl. Over only my one marijunan plant. And I don't think it's growing looks like its dying... the bulbs are 5000k which I thought made it grow but I'm not sure.
