Good shit. Glad to hear you got the temp issue under control. You should consider co2 for later in the grow to take advantage of the higher temps. Even just some sugar water and yeast in soda bottles next to your pots

As far as pruning, I would wait till the second week of flower, when the stretching has more or less finished. This will let you see which branches are not keeping up with the rest of the pack.

NOTE: Before a plant is chosen to be sprayed, you need to do everything in your power to force it to hermie through regular stress. Light stress. Physical damage. Anything and everything you can think of.... It defeats the purpose if the plant you spray was going to hermie anyway.
