I have a 3-way ph/light/wet meter I picked up, because like a lot of other new growers, I often over-water. Are these things accurate? The results are surprising...sometimes the top 2 inches are dry as a fart in the desert, but the meter tells me it's pretty moist. Do any of you guys go by...

Do you guys ever let the top of your soil dry to discourage gnats, etc...or do you keep it always damp?

So people say if you use an amended soil like Fox Farm, your plant is set for food for 30 days or so. Since a product like Down To Earth or Gaia takes some tome to break down, should you hook up a top feed 3 weeks in? Teas seem like the big thing all over YT...do you guys top feed, compost...

My first attempt at growing, injected the whole 10 ccs into an "all in 1" substrate/grain bag. Duh! Saw a vid of someone used the whole syringe, so didn't think twice. Should I just scrap this now, or can it be salvaged? Thanks.
