simply rotate the solid wire clockwise and counterclockwise gently and you can remove... and reuse/recycle the holder....

Hard anodizing produce 30 micron layer if you respect the righ time of the process, if you are under, near 5/10 micron, probably too fast process, and a thin layer in teory can do that type o damage on prolonged exposure to heat and light.

I'm tested HLG-240H-C1750B, can run only n.3 Vero29 gen7 to get 200 watt total at max, if you put n.4 Vero,the driver kick to 143/145watt total at max.
