If they are foolish enough to start throwing legitimate business people, friends, and family members in prison over this plant at previous rates.
If they ignore states rights.
If they revive the war on this plant then that could very well be the catalyst for a big backlash.
This issue is bipartisan. The right to grow and use this plant cuts across party lines.
Public opinion is squarely on the side of cannabis.

True, but at the same time when does big brother care about that? honestly we just have to play the waiting game. soon enough we will see what kind of threat they choose to be. And also its not like our kind will just stop "growing"pun intended bongsmilie:wall::hump:

He is a man of the law. He'll do his job like he is supposed to do. Just like you expect anyone else, like it or not that's his job, to enforce the laws. The good news out of the hearing yesterday is he said if public support is for weed, then the Congress should pass a law doing so. He's right. Another thing is and more than likely is that if Trump says lay off states that have legalized it or made it for medical, he more than likely will and will have a job cut out for him in that he will have to expand on the policy set forth by Holder. But the tide is changing and I think congress will change the laws on weed. A lot of states have passed a law in favor of it in one way or another and many Republicans are getting on bored. Times are changing.
