Does This Coconut Oil Look OK?

Have you ever seen oil come out like this? It looks like a paler color on the bottom and was somewhat puffed up. When I got it in the plastic bag I squeezed it and there was water being held inside, maybe 2-3 fl.oz. It's almost like there were bubbles inside that were filled with water instead of air.
It's my first time making oil. I usually just stick with butter and it's never come out this way.

I did the croc pot method with a cheesecloth "teabag". I had it cooking for 4.5 hours which is a little quick. I'll be making some brownies tonight so I'll update with how it cooks. I cleaned out the croc pot with a piece of bread last night and I woke up 8 hrs later pretty stoned. So I'm pretty sure the potency is good.

Light bulb went off in my head right after a bowl. I think the white fluff might be froth/foam from squeezing through the cheesecloth teabag. I don't stir hard or anything but I remember when I was ringing out the teabag with a glove on some of it did look like foam. And every hour during cooking I would flip, press, and poke it. I wanted to make sure all the butter was getting its opportunity to mingle with the greenery. And I bet the foam is so thick it doesn't settle down much by the time it hardens..That's my theory.

Anybody think I was stirring too hard? I'm just worried about not getting the thc from the middle of the burrito.

If it's holding water you can reheat the cool the water will separate from the oil..
