Been about 7 weeks now and nothing. Took 5 days to send payment but almost 50 days ands nothing with first saying your order has been cancelled followed by all this bs about they were only joking. Now they've gone silent which tells me they took me for a ride. I don't normally out a seed bank but if they screw me especially 2 in a row I'n going to publish their comments in context.

I got two free orders from them. In a very quick time for over seas.

If they went above and beyond on a free order I have no idea why they wouldn't on a paid order.

I'm sure it is something that can be handled.
I have also had only great experience with The Vault. Both @Jack Vault and @George Seeds are advertising members here so I would try to PM them. They have always been honest and top notch with me.

They run out of scotland and ive heard nothing but good things about them so far, they actually told you the order had been cancelled and then said they was joking? Weird.....was interested in testing em out but think ill stick to herbies lol.

Ordered from the vault had nothing but great results. Only reason I dont order from them anymore is attitude seedbank gives alot more freebies with there orders.

So did vault seeds contact you through pm?

Let us know what happens because they have a decent reputation here. They have done three comparison grows here. Each time they sent, not sure of the exact number, around 15 to 20 orders to members here free of charge with a free t-shirt.

So like 60 orders. That's just this site. They gave seeds away like that to other grow sites.

With them being top notch on all those free orders it makes me wonder why they would do that to you.

The joking about the order being canceled doesn't sound right either. All of my contact, as well as others here, has been professional.

Did we catch you in a fib?

Just received my order. Payment was taken on the 12th and received on the 17th. ( I'm in Oregon)Very great considering or Postal Service hasn't delivered in 5 days due to inclement weather. Stealth packaging was top notch. All that aside I will use the Vault again. Especially because I made an order with another vendor on the 30th of December and still have not received it.

I have given them every chance to remedy the matter but they give me the run around. I could post screen shots of the messages but what will that prove? That I'm right? They're deflecting blame. It's like a 8 year old kid. What now as they'll get all high and mighty and say it's not their fault and will re-ship provided I agree to pay for the shipment which obviously never left their country. I don't air it until I get fed up. I sell things for a living and when buying I let a lot go. I turn the other cheek but more than 8 weeks later? I've got nothing but bad things to report. They know exactly all the ambiguous statements they made to me. They try to assert they know what they're talking about but they failed at the onset by their statements in private. My only purpose in posting was to warn others you can't trust these europeans.

Hi buddy, USPS have been having issues over Christmas, and their packages are arriving, but some of them are taking 8 weeks to get there - I can only apologise that USPS have been a mess this Christmas.

We're all about transparency buddy, so here is exactly what I sent you:

"This may still just be a Christmas delay buddy (I had a customer today who received an order he made in November), but it has been over a month now, so I am happy to resend the seeds, under the condition that if you receive both you will pay for the second one (or return it).

I’ll get your order resent tomorrow, and if both packages turn up you send one back or pay for the second one.

How does that sound?"

No, it’s not the normal norm buddy, but seems to be USPS’s new norm for the Christmas period – I’m afraid you’ll just have to be patient with them – the upside is that the packages are making it there, and passing customs, but some packages are taking a month to reach the States.

Unfortunately USPS have not been updating their tracking very well in the last month or so, and deliveries are taking them a lot longer – I think it’s due to the Christmas rush.

Not to worry, we will replace your order if it is lost, but currently the packages are getting there, but some are taking a month to do so :("

I guess you know your crowd(those who shill for you)however you should have considered all the others wondering why a customer was left to wait more than 2 months. All this talk about we'll resend provided you pay mixed in with it's a delay doesn't make a customer feel confident. It was obvious a long time ago my order was never going to come, what have you done since? NADDA. All this "buddy" nonsense too. My order took 5 days to reach you. It's been that and 2 months on your end. You make it seem like you hired santa claus to deliver it. It's almost a month later. Either send me my order or my money back. Stop acting like a punk.

Why do people get so worked up over seeds not making it? That's the game. Shit happens. All I know is if you had a business selling seeds and you got a hundred emails a day with people claiming "my seeds didn't make it" you wouldn't just go giving refunds to people who may still end up with seeds you just refunded.

If you bought "insurance" or guaranteed delivery then wait the allotted time and get a reship. If you didn't get insurance then chalk it up to the game., but don't go expecting a refund when seeds don't make it. Lol

What are you smoking? Oh and let's get one thing right it's been well over 2 months. You seem to be high as a kite as you keep on insisting some mysterious order will arrive and I should pay for two. You never sent the first to me. If it gets stuck that's YOUR fault not mine. You show a great deal of ignorance when it comes to shipping. You act as though "ground" shipping is still available. I've forgotten more about shipping than you'll ever know. I purposely shipped my payment a certain way to avoid what you are blaming anyone but yourself for right now. Sure you'll get plenty of parcels to sneak through but when one doesn't your idea is to blame the buyer and not take responsibility. You actually expected someone to go oh gee wiz shucks get em next time. Going on 9 weeks. Five days is all it took for my package to you. While it was in transit you said you cancelled my order, well in effect or actuality you did. As long as I have been RIPPED I will alert others and this is only one of many forum. There are many you won't be able to control. I didn't air the dirty laundry until it had been 2 months and you went silent. I think I've been exceedingly patient. While your shills will proclaim otherwise, a shill is a shill and sticks out like no other. Potential customers with cognitive skills are now at a pause. They're wondering why all the run around nonsense. You sunk your own boat by making that statement. Why are you asking and not doing they wonder??? Is the buyer all too bad if he waited 2 months to go outside the privacy of email and unlike the seller the buyer did not cut copy and paste statements. I expect your his cousin harold. 9 weeks? Your rationale is weak. Their customer service is obviously lacking. I know I wouldn't do that to my customers. It's a stop blaming others game and make things right. They brought the negative publicity all on themselves and for what? Nickels and dimes? Pennies.
