Anyone know what's going on with my leaves

My plant is really healthy but all my plants are starting to show the same characteristics. Maybe it's normal, I have no idea.
This is a chrome diesel plant.
I have these white bumps/strand like things coming from the tips of fan leaves.

I can provide any information needed to help diagnose the problem. I stoped foliar feeding a week ago in both my veg and flower room.

Any guess helps, I've spent hours looking and couldn't find anything that looked similar.

I have seen this before, but couldn't nail what it was from. At the time I was foliar feeding them with an OD level
of Kelp(micro minerals). I stopped and it stopped.

Just the fine hairs that grow on the leaves. Can irritate the stomach lining when leaves are eaten raw.

Shouldn't be spraying your plants unless battling bugs or trying to get nutes in when there are root problems.
