For the Method 1 I just follow the instructions on the bottle. My garden has been pest free since I started using this product and the plants love it.
For the Aloe and coconut I just follow their directions as well which is 1/2 tspn per gallon of water for the aloe and 1 tbspn per 5 gallons for the coconut powder. When I feed with the coconut and aloe I foliar spray. I alternate those feedings and sprays with a feeding of fish emulsion and ful-power. This is what is giving me great results and keeps things simple. I want to note than none of this is necessary it's just extra steps and care I do for better quality. I could easily just do water only. I spice things up with malted barley and organic seed sprout teas too from time to time..........the plants love the SST's..........
