Nutes+fish fert+molasses

I'm trying to get a good idea how much and how often to feed my plants. Ive been researching info on nutes but there's so many different ways.. I just want to keep it as simple as possible..

I've got a (stunted) white widow auto at about 40 days old which hasn't been doing too well. About 2-3 weeks into it I guess was a "lock out", I changed soil and it helped.

Recently,I started giving 2-7-4 nutes at 1/2 strength and it burned the hell out of em! So I'm still trying to get it to come back from that but the leaves are still yellow- 4 days later....

I'm in 1part potting mix;1part seed starting soil; 1part perlite; worm castings.

Should I do, say
1/4 strength NPk 2-7-4
1/2 strength fish fertilizer
(The usual) 1 tbs molasses per gallon
How much superthrive should I give it? Or should I not give it anymore becuz it's in flowering?

Would 2 liters be enough for feedings inside a 2 gal pot?

I just can't seem to get this shit right and it breaks my heart to see the auto struggling man. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thx
