Why do you oppose universal, single-payer healthcare?

Well you can't sell a product if no one has made it now can you?
think i didnt know you would say that? we're all a spokes in the wheel bud. but, lets see the forklift guy at the campbells soup factory lead a national brand. negotiating agreements with a litany of vendors and creditors and landlords, ensuring accurate marketing campaigns with multi million dollar budgets, dealing with union contracts, state laws, federal laws, employment laws, and answer to investors every 3 months. that would be embarrassing to watch, just like watching a ceo run a forklift. can you do any of that? most cant, which is why ceo's make so much loot. anyone can drive a forklift, so, although important, there isnt much value there. thats all it is.

Really? So why not enlighten me to just what an average CEO's job is like. Do you really think fucking Campbell could create the giant that company has became all by himself today giving those same parameters you just mentioned? Probably not, it took many many employees and a lot of time to build that company just like any company.

I've written papers analyzing said topic and much like Carnegie's gospel of wealth, I call bullshit on the theory the working man relies on the wealthy. People will always work to meet their needs and no man of wealth is needed to inspire such.

didnt say trump is the hand that feeds, although he is one because of how much he's paid in taxes personally and with his businesses. high earning tax payers is the hand that feeds the gov (and by extension, the country) by paying nearly 2/3 of all income tax receipts. you're right, we can vote for whoever rep we like, and yes, some folks are stuck in a job they dont like. that will probably never change, because we're human and we have to work to survive.

life is tough, there is no instructions, but there is a lot of information out there at relatively low cost and accessible to all (internet) which has never existed before. people need to read more and listen to the tv less. comfy retirement isnt a guarantee, and ive never heard of that specifically being protected in the constitution. which is why it behooves the modern worker to begin planning for it the day they start working full time. who wants to work forever? plan early, get out early.

and to quite jerry brown from earlier this week regarding single payer:

“In other words, you take a problem, and say ‘I am going to solve it by something that’s ... a bigger problem,’ which makes no sense.”

go tell your company owner that, see what happens
Unless the owner can concurrently perform all the duties required then they literally NEED other people.

Plus a well paid workforce don't need encouragement to do a good job (but optimal to provide it anyway), have less staff turnover (less down time and training costs) and generally make far more money...

This is common knowledge to anyone who's ever actually managed people before.

I agree, however it was a pretty far jump to make in one leap.
Possibly..I'll give you that but not against Trump..he would've won hands down primary polls accurately predicted what would happen in a Clinton/Trump race why wouldn't I believe if the choice were Sanders/Trump that Sanders wouldn't have been at +8 or 10 points.

While I voted Hillary, I didn't feel she deserved the slot because of what was likely her role in the DNC debacle..I refused to let Russia have a hand in MY vote.

Madam, just let it go...

We're moving forward united and are gonna smash the Republicans back to their Klan Meetings...

But you need to let 2016 go; Hillary lost because of Comey's foolery a week before the day and EC gerrymandering bullshit.

never said the owner does everything, but they do need to understand everything. no one becomes a millionaire or billionaire alone, except maybe a lottery winner. but to think a worker is more valuable than a ceo is laughable. we all have different values, if you can put your ego aside. which is why those with kids in here probly dont pay them for chores (work), their value isnt their, but their work is important.

if the cashier think they have equal value to the owner or even a manger, they are drunk.

Never.

But she got what she deserved too.

I know in my heart I did the right thing and can sleep well at night.
