Nope. Flushing is for toilets and a myth. The actual term is leeching and all it does is remove salt buildup from the soil.

The nutes are not sucked up and stored like that. They are used and converted. Some are mobile and some immobile. They can't be removed. How can you flush something that your plant became?

Over feeding may cause some harshness. A normal healthy plant will be fine.

The key to smooth smoke is the dry and cure.

thankyou , will I lose yield at this point /day 45/ without rhizotonic and bloom as I only have canna a and b and cannazym available now
No.

I prefer a balanced feed all the way through. I personally think high p and k feeds and boosters are hog wash. So are cannabis specific nutrients.

Keep the plant happy and healthy and everything else follows.

Thank you. I try.

Flushing is still relevant in coco...clean out salt build several times during the grow to prevent lock out....that is if you daily feeding dtw.....ever 4-6 weeks run pH water with that cannazyme + Lil calmag. your at 6 week from flip and look like you polly got some time left 4+ wks. Would hurt to flush.

I do support not messing with leaves though.

All "flushing" is is not feeding the plants a couple of weeks before harvest there is no use of massive amounts of water just water normally. Like bellybuttons we all have our opinions and some of those opinions get a little anal so here's mine, "flushing" lets the plants use nutrients that it has stored in the plant mater so when it is smoked it is a cleaner smoother smoke. Nice plants.

Nice opinion, the only problem is, that is not how plants work.

If you water right you don't need to. If you are having to leech salts you are over feeding.

Mix the nutes lighter and water until good run off and it won't be a problem.

How does it do that? It doesn't work like that. First the immobile nutrients won't move. The mobile nutrients move from the yellowing leaves to the new growth (bud) that you smoke.

Arnt you an organics guy?....
Yes I'm organic but have grown with everything from hydro to soil to coco.

What's your point? If you feed to the point of flushing and then buying a flushing agent then more nutes to charge again, you are throwing money away.

Not only that what are you doing with that run off? Dumping it in our water supply?

I'm not meaning this to be rude. You fell for it hook, line and sinker.

I mean there is no real upside to it besides it works. I mean you could have the same or better results without huge feedings to the point of needing to flush.

Ill be as honest as I can. People complicate the hell out of growing cannabis.

My family grows and cans most our own vegetables and grow flowers.

I keep it super simple and less is more. I use that for everything I grow. At one point or another I have shown pics of the veggie garden and flowers.

That said, I also say to each their own and do what makes you happy.

We may disagree but at the end of the day I would still burn one with you.

Idk I just think there are some misconceptions here....I don't feed all that heavy. 4ml of canna coco a +b at 6wks from flip. And I give my runoff to my outdoor garden....Its really not complicated.... I use canna coco, silica, calmag when needed, and an inoculant. Give them nute mix once a day until I visible see a Lil run off.

I think people have different things in there head when they see certain phrases.

I can see the use of it. I've done it myself. It may be necessary at times. Its the reason I don't like synthetics.

I don't really have anything against the proper use of synthetics. We have a small farm and its free for me to be organic. I went no till on my outdoor veggie garden and never looked back.

I still at times use synthetics. If I'm busy and don't have time to reammend my flower beds I feed them synthetics.

Even then I find myself just moving the mulch back and sprinkling some espoma garden tone down then replacing the mulch.

I'd like to try organics... I think it was you that pointed me jahs way. I'm gonna get some bohdi gear hear in the near future. Contimplating an amended soil set up straight up water. And get my coco pots on auto water...screw all this hand watering
