Ordering from US seed banks to non recreational states.

Ok so this is my first post and first thread as well. I waded through several threads about seed banks and didn't see this specific question. I'm sure it's there and I'm not seing it. So main points are:

- Are banks that ship to non recreational states legit? Is it possible they are LE?

- Is this safer because customs isn't involved?

- Has anyone done this and had it sent to their grow? (I know but I have no other options)

-What are banks you have done this with and what was your experience?

I am in a non legal and I have gotten seeds from Ca and overseas. Some will hide what the charge is, some dont on bank statements. I ship it to my place cus fuck it.I gotten from Seedsherenow and ilovegrowing. Everything went well with shipments from both

LE won't waste time setting people up with less than a gram of seeds. Either it'll get seized and you'll get a letter about it or it will be delivered normally. To avoid a paper trail you could use bitcoin as payment. It's a little complicated but safer than CC.

Thanks for all the responses. I would like to know more specifically about inside us to bypass customs. Seems safer to me but I also realize many people don't do it this way so many people have no refrence point to comment. Also I'm not worried about LE busting anyone for seeds. It is a misdemeanor in my state but that isn't a concern. What concerns me is search warrants for a grow.

Inside US just don't use tracked express type shipping. That's the kind the PO people check closely. Regular letter mail they don't bother with.

Hi mate. I was wondering if I could get some seeds to Australia. You reckon any dispensary would help me out. Could you recommend one. Cheers bro enjoy!!

Apparently Australia is a weedless hell. Looks like a ripe market, not even saturated like the entire North American continent. Who knew it was so hard to produce weed in Australia? Do they have actual competent police there or something?

Lol search warrants over seeds?!?!
I would strongly suggest you demand your money back from wherever you got your law degree. Your stupidity coupled with your arrogance is delightfuly ammusing. I bet you're the kind of person who thinks the police have to have a search warrant to search your car or enter your home. I bet you also assume ordering legal items to your home that combine to make illegal items can't and won't ever generate a search warrant. I get that you're smarter than law enforcement. Good luck with that.[/QUOTE]

Hmm so seems like this charlie kelly fellow came in to ask us our opinion on some shit, and is now proceeding to tell us why our opinions are wrong, and that were all doomed to rot in jail since were probably all giant idiots who assume the police are even bigger idiots who wouldnt bother trying to find us anyways. or am I missing something?

Honestly, if you are planning to grow for personal use then I would be almost entirely not bothered by the risk. If you are planning on growing commercially then it sounds like you know the risks, and how to avoid them better than any of us possibly could so why are you worried?

But he was wrong and I proved it.... Why should I follow advice from someone who obviously has no clue what they're talking about?
Also reading comprehension isn't your strong suit is it? I have taken issue with one person in this thread. Not plural. I'm sorry you can't differentiate between one person and multiple. Did you even read the thread I posted? So you're upset with me that someone (one person, I know that confuses you) posted a falsehood in this thread and I prove them wrong? See I want people to tell me when I'm wrong if it is going to result in me going to jail. My ego simply is less important than my freedom.
I'm also sorry that I actually proved that person wrong that seeds can't result in police at your door. But hey whatever you do don't address that tiny little issue.
Let me explain something to you that I got from an actual trial attorney. See I don't play games with my freedom. So when I started to consider growing I paid an attorney to sit down and talk for an hour. I have never been arrested. I know nothing of the whole system. Once again, my ego isn't that fragile to seek out advice. Here is what I learned and I bet anybody that has been charged with a crime and been through the system will tell you the same.
Me "I'm just growing for personal use."
Him "Do you have sandwich or snack bags in your house?"
Me "well, yes..."
Him "than the prosecutor will argue you're a drug dealer"
Me "?!?!"
Him "do you have any guns or cash in the house? I definitely wouldn't do that either!"
Me "I'm a legal gun owner though without anything more than a traffic ticket! I only have cash under twenty or thirty dollars"
Him "LOL! Prosecutors don't see the world the way you and I do"

The point is if they have a wild hair cross their ass over you for ANY reason they are going to put you through the ringer. Why invite them???? An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Perhaps you have an endless supply of cash for Johnny Cochrane and nothing to lose but that ain't me.

See the problem here is there is a disconnect between knowing risks and moving forward with it as opposed to not thinking about them and saying "it won't happen and you're a dumb to worry". Everything in life is a risk. I don't stay in my house 24 7 but Im aware off my surroundings at all times. I drive even though it's extremely dangerous. I still wear my seat belt and I have multiple life insurance policies even though Im healthy in my 30s. If I may grow I grow but I know the risks and I'm careful because it can happen to me! There is a difference between being cautious and being paranoid. But then again you can't tell the difference between the number one and any numbers greater so you probably don't get that either.
I love your line about "the police will try to find us anyway". Well your conjecture is correct. I do think you're a dumbass. That is the dumbest logic I have ever heard. "I'm going to die anyway so I'm not stopping at anymore red lights."
