Drooping seedling leaves

Hi, I woke up this morning and my seedling's leaves seemed to have slightly drooped. I've been watering around the base with a couple squirts of water a couple of times a day. And I'm using Jiffy Organic Seed Starting Mix. Also, I'm leaving my lights on 24/7. What should I do to prevent this seedling from dying?

stop over watering this way and check this out.

feel the weight of the dirt pot dry
now add 1/4 of the water by volume
feel it again, dont water until light again
water around the pot not at the base of the plant, she will be fine

Couple times a day?? Don't Love It To Death. And don't even think about feeding until it has REAL Leaves. Relax, it's a LONG ride.
When I look at the soil I feel like is just very dry and it feels dry. The water I put on it dries up within a few hours so I feel the need to water again.

your plant doesnt give two shits how you or your finger feels, the soil as a whole must be watered, and only when the pot is light again, thats it, feelings dont play a part here. water allows organic material to be broken down by fungus under the soil.
the plant isnt sitting in the dirt waiting for a drink of water, its waiting for you to read these instead http://catnews.org/FREE Pot Books/

water once every 2-3 days with ph water near 6.5 fill water till its covering top soil and dont get water on the leaves as i can see in pic it will leave a burn its like a microfying glass so the light hits 2x harder dont think nutes will help or boost at this stage you most likely get nutelockout and i recomend with is a light schedual of 18-6 if your soil gets as dry like you say it will help with stress keep temps and humidity fine it will be a healthy plant if you think its to dry mist the soil with spray bottle with phed water
