Bumped up my veg from 65w to 130watts 6500k 65w cfl. For veg i can use up 340 actual watts of cfls with what i have. But its. Better to dbl up your wattage in flower. So i run a lil lower in veg and high in flower. When i start the transition to flower i use the 200w for a cpl weeks then i up the intensity throughout the rest of the cycle

I think you r doing a good job! Even that lil spot on the leaf wont do any harm. Preflowers are coming in nicely. Still early enough to tie you main branches back some to open up the middle and have her flatten out of thats something you r looking into doin

Can make slipknot around the red dot on the stem and tie it down. Wish i did it with my first set. Im doing it now to my girl in veg amd i seem to like itView attachment 3950037
My favorite is green twist ties. The pots I have, have a lip on the edge and I can just bend a little hook for the stem and a little hook for the lip. Super easy to adjust and put on or take off.

Does your pot have a built in catch pan? If it does, I'd rip that off and use a larger size catch pan you can dump out. Built in ones are a good way to drown/rot your roots.

I thought about it b4 when i had the 3 in there. They are plastic drip pans.when i water and get runoff i dumpout the trays and rinse em off. When all 4 plants and are done ima try rdwc method of growing. I have the newer flower girl propped up to get even with the canopy. I chopped off the main colas as well on both plants already and letting the other buds develop more properly.

I'd like to do DWC, I have buckets all prepped and ready. RDWC would be better, besides even distribution of nutes, you need to control water temps, and controlling the main bucket would be easiest. The downfall is if you are going to run perpetual and different stages of growth in the same box, you don't want the same nute profiles. And if you veg and flower groups at the same time and still want to RDWC, you need another system entirely.

I have 2 that are getting closer to harvest. I got a clone a friend gave me last weekend in the flower box as well. And one in the veg box. The clone was unexpected. Couldn't turn down a free plant lol. My og plan was to finish the 2 and only veg and flower the 1 in a 5 gal. But i took on another so i guess I'll have different harvests. When the 2 r done ill have the clone and the afghani. The clone is in a 3 gal and the new one will be transplanted into a 5 gal. Be about all i can fit lol.

If you are only going to run a couple plants, RDWC isn't really necessary. You will need a way to keep that water 68 though for plain DWC bubble buckets.

with my limited amount of space i only want to and will be running 1 plant from now on. I figure i can get the same amount of bud off 1 5gal than i can from 2 3gals. The one i want to rwdc i want to try and get 5oz. The one in veg now.. I wana try for atleast 3 zips
