I used to get some vacuum packed BC buds that never had much in the way of intact trichomes on the surface of the buds, but when you broke the buds open the insides were frosty as hell. Perhaps you have something like that going on.

It happens.....people get greedy and do all kinds of weird shit to make money.....at least they didn't spray it with glass to replace what they tumbled off .......it's the only logical answer if it's still decent when he smokes it, yet doesn't appear to have any frost on the outside........I'd suggest OP doesn't buy from that person anymore .....who knows what other great ideas he may come up with .......((sad))

None, but just wondering if someone tumbled it for kief before he received it. I've seen a lot of that around, no visible trichs or hairs.

Not a good way to keep a customer base that's for sure .....I grow for sick people free of charge ....I've mentioned this before....but it amazes me how people will take advantage of sick people to make a buck ......I've seen things and heard stories that literally blow my mind .......one of the worst I seen personally was a gal who asked for my help who was handicap and battling cancer .....was paying 80 bucks an eighth for .....get this .........weed that was so molded/rotted it actually looked white and smelled putrid .....the guy told her it was white widow .....her disability made her very trusting and poor thing didn't know the diff .......he got what he deserved ......I actually ended up finding out about her from a distant friend and was only meeting to help her because .....MMJ was helping her a lot ....but she recently started getting very sick after smoking.....so I was meeting to give her some different strains to try ......it wasn't the strain making her feel bad/sick ......it was her being taken advantage of by an asshole selling her moldy weed .......
