Cfl grow

welp i have sercumbed back to growing again. Just planted 5, mysterious seed yesterday in my soil, hopefully i'll get a good 3, wish me luck.

Surprising these last couple of days we've been getting good rains, and might heat, temp hitting at 87 to 89, with the rain it drops lower.

Got the maybe so little ones outside enjoying what mother nature gives.....keep your fingers crossed...hehe

love the light colors in them, fairly inexpensive too, surprised they are driver free though..

Dont they. I was guna get sum this upcoming weekend, but ended up using the heat sink for the new light. I found a 8pack of 9w cree led for 22 bucks ima buy instead and use a mix of 5000k and the diy is 3000k to 3500k

Well as this weekend i will be retiring all my cfls with led. I got the new fixtures for the leds just waiting on those and the fans and i should have the new veg area ready for some action! As a reminder this pic is of the tempory veg area. 2 beans germed and ready for soil. Switched out the 23w 5500k with the 65w 6500k cfl. Man oh man the new veg area will have the capacity of 160 led watts. In cfls alone i think i have a total of 309 watts 7 different sized bulbs

Winning! Thats whats up bro! you will be growing monsters with those! I like them single cob lights. They r the true package all in all. How can sombody knock those? You must really like em!

I'm just not digging the MH. I have this fine line between them stretching and them (I believe) yellowing or getting uneven color from intensity. The young ones under the one COB appear to be liking it. I see growth, but no stretch. Leaves angled toward the light, mild praying. Awesome temp, and no heat below the glass. I'll have 3 in the 2x4 tent by the weekend

Is it true that your led light kicks ass? Lol wish i atleast had a 2x4 flower box... If i flipped it on its side it would be lol
I would be the one who went out to homo depot and grabbed 2 more 2x4 lol

just a small suggestion if i may, its always a good idea when using pots, to start small, and then work you way up to the big one 1: it saves you room and 2: it allows you time to get the big pot ready for transplant for the finished product.

keep it growing keep it happy

no sprouts yet, the little bastards.....might have to thing of bring them inside putting them under might lights...will know by the weekend..

Ino but as ther autos I thought it would be best to stick with the same pot the whole way through ?

Ordered the new light stuff. 60 bucks i got 140watts of led and parts. Hella excited. Will be put together Saturday

Was fkn around yesterday and put the 80w led under the pot lol

She is showing slight signs of nute burn as i feed the 2nd to last time. So just good ole ph water 6 days ago amd a watering today. I let her loose today as she has her structure on lock. I also defoliate a tad and took off about 8 fan leaves that where blocking potential penetration. Nothing major but here is a cpl pics

So onto the veg area. Was running 1 cfl definitely was lacking light so i added the other one on my cheap ass dual cfl hood reflector i made a while back. The new veg light is going to rock their worlds tho i tell ya lol

we have sprouts, the popped up yesterday and last night. That's 2 out of the 5 so far, waiting to see what the other 3 do in the next coming days.

they are outside for the time being, while i re-config the room. Texas summers are mean. They get water at night and also this morning. Guess my soil is doing something right.....

Got the new veg cab all painted up.

My order came in this morning and i have the frame put all together. But i gotta head out to the parent in laws for a cpl of hours to cut wood and drink some beer. Sounds like a good plan but damn i wana fk around and finish the veg cab. I got the temporary veg area in my room with the 2 65w cfls and its just getting toooo hot n i dont like it. Need this shyt done today! As promised i will have the veg cab up n running tonight with the new light.. Ill keep yall posted
