Hey Florida Friends,

I am a local real estate agent, and I would love to help you guys find your next spaces. I know its tough to find the perfect place, yet alone be able to ask the landlord to allow growing on site. I will do the research and bring you a list of spaces that fits your needs, whether its rental or purchase. I look for several important factors in a building to consider showing it to you;

-Distance from neighbors
-Electricity Availability
-Water quality
-Landlord friendliness, and etc.

I am a seasoned grower in Boston and Providence. Ive had both residential grows and warehouse grows. I had to call it quits because of family reasons (my wife hated it), but I am here to help anyone in need of finding their perfect place. I don't charge anything. The seller/landlord pays commission, so you will not be charged anything. Message me if you're in need of the perfect place, and we will go from there! Until then,

I want to get into care giving but I do not know where to start, or begin. I have my own stuff and what not but I really just want to help out people.

Hey Cherry, in regards to growing, the more experience you have under your belt, the smoother your grows will be. I have seen people trying to do really big grows with no experience, spending thousands of dollars, only to be left empty handed when harvest time comes because they don't know simple facts about growing. But it's a lot of trial and error.

One of the biggest issues with growing is landlords. You should certainly drop a line with your landlord before you start. I have also seen grows cut short because the landlord gets involved, in a bad way.

If I was in Florida I would look you up in a heartbeat. I've been looking for commercial properties in my area for a couple of years now. Not interested in houses, as I did that routine 20 years ago.
Anyways, Thanks for being a 420 friendly realtor.

What a dickhole!
This is why people hate realtors.
A few -- and I do mean *few* realtors actually provide a quality service that justifies the price.
Most of them are mid life crisis wanna-be dumb shits.
