SW x IA have a.few farther along than this

This stumbleweed took off, put the bag on top of the mound of soil from last year's plant too keep it out of the water ( swamps a lot higher than this time last year) shes been loving it, sucking up all the water she needs

the early plant in the back is just great. I believe it took after the stumbleweed but picked up an early pheno somewhere from this frankenstein seeder. Hitting this and that with different males, then forgetting what males he used :eyesmoke: Im a little better now. Took of as soon as i transplanted, started budding early July, great plant structure and bud structure, should be done by the end of the month

7-10 days for the top on this

One of my funky early "Frankenstein" plants, top buds, and then the lower branches stretch, often past the original top and finish 2-3 weeks later.

20170809_144820.jpg A few i didn't top fell over, had to stake the bags, never had to do that before.

A nice group

20170809_125847.jpg I have no words for this, a couple lemon skunk x SW I mistook early on for female but caught it before transplanting. I took care of this thing all season without even noticing. Although it is the last spot i get to in the day and am ready to gtfo of there by then. It's a nice male, and I've cared for it this long, so i decided to cut it down to a few lower branches (dont want too much pollen flying) and put it in the middle of a group of ladies, should be some good crosses in there.

Another good group, the smaller one will be done in a couple weeks

10's, i bet they'd fill out 20s no problem but thats twice the water and soil, thinking about doing the tarp deal getaway does for next year. This area in particular is great and could easily put twice as many plants throughout, but the swamp drops back more so than my other spots where l have water throughout the season. Dug a 3x3 watering hole

water tarps -- we dig a small hole on the edge of a floating swamp and pump water to the tarps 100 yards away and i leapfrog from one tarp to the next one and it gets us up out of the fog bank that lays right over swamp every morning but not 100 yards up the sides into the wood choppings that are great for growing but no water for plants works great and we got 6 tarps full at each patch of 30 plants we always have more water than we ever use every year tarps last for 3 seasons before replacing the tarps --just our hillbilly water system haha oh ya 8ft x 10ft size is what we use easy to the trees to fit them too wally world for 10 bucks each

s one definitely took after the stumbleweed, a great early pheno, must of picked up from crossing with the swamp skunk, but overall maintained the stumbleweed structure. Still get some funky ones, but this is a gem. Made sure to make seeds.. my phone died out there so couldn't get more pics. I have a few that are getting destroyed by some kind of fungus. It almost looks like burns from mid day showers then sun, but is predominately on the backside that gets little sun The swamp has hardly dropped back, spots i had plants last year are still flooded, Im pretty sure the excessive moisture is the culprit. Most are well but lost a lot on a couple nice plants

Season all done here, not quite how I wanted, but overall pleased. Rippers got 5, but didn't clear me out before I took down the rest. Then the next week helos flew over a separate area while I was back mid cut, and was a half hr of the most intense madness you can imagine, fuckers refuelled and came back so I think they were trying to get eyes on me. I cut as much as I could and boogied out the back door, knowing the woods well definitely helped. Whats better is they didn't spot all of them! I came back afterwards, full face mask to find most of what I didn't get still up. They got one plant, and bare stalks. On a damn near 90 degree day, they couldn't be too happy.
