Trying to move out to humboldt n start growing next season. Out of curiousity about how much money would u need saved up to get started? And any strains work better in humboldt then others. Also how do things work out there for the most part like if im growing do i got to be completely under radar or is there a certain amount that if u grow less than that the cops leave u alone? Are rippers real bad out there? Sorry to ask a million questions that are off subject/

I had a Headlights Kush Auto from Emerald Triangle that didn't autoflower in my tent under 20/4.

Got to be a bush so I stuck it outside and it kicked into flowering about a week later.

Transplanted it into a big storage tote because it was getting way too big for the #5 pot

Damn man!

It's not outdoor, but I'm doing my first autos right now too. One Pineapple Express stayed like 18-24" tall but my White Widow Auto is a beast too

Your doing gd man i guess at the end of the day im only using a T5 4 bulb for half the grow then placing them outside to finish in the "off"season so its not ideal conditions
I might start another couple tomorrow for a full term under the T5 see how they go
Got a lot of freebies to try but i have 3 staryders id like to try from dutch passion first

I'm giving them 20hrs of light a day, its no wonder they wouldn't get as big outdoors on like 15-16hrs. That one big plant of mine isn't really an auto though so I don't think that's directly comparable. If it had started flowering when it should have it would be way smaller

I came home yesterday to a slightly droopy plant, today it was droopy and limp. When I checked it out, I noticed it was leaning a bit so I tugged gently at the stem and it popped right out of the ground with no roots attached...a dang gopher got my girl. I guess I haven't killed enough of them this year. Oh well, que sera sera, as they say...whoever "they" are. :bigjoint:
