did you check out the companies I mentioned? timber grow lights, rapid led, tasty led, horticulture lighting group..? you literally can't go wrong with any of those. they all sell diy kits and prebuilt lights, all top of the line efficiency... also, if you haven't yet, check out growmau5's youtube channel. you can ignore all the arguing and bullshit. just check out the stuff I mentioned. you won't be disappointed
