Almost 1/3 of all homicides in my county 2010-16 were police killings

Can't answer a simple question? Can't even say whether you think Obama faces more or less racism than an average African American?

Its a pretty dumb question. I personally don't see in degrees of racism, just racism. Did he face it, yes.

You can answer my dumb question any time too.

I wouldn't doubt Obama, along with 99.9% of other African Americans growing up during his time faced racism. But to say that you don't see in degrees of racism is an obvious cop out to a simple answer to a simple question.. Of course Obama does not face the same amount of racism as an average black person living in America. It would be absurd to argue otherwise.

OK, say I am wrong. What is your solution to solving racism?

Which you're.

There is no solution to ignorance, you're living proof of that. However, there are many things that could be done to minimize it's spread and begin reversing the institutionalized racism in this country. Criminal justice reform would probably be a good place to start.

How would you begin to reform criminal justice with the ideological goal of quelling and eventually eliminating racism and how would you convince people to support it?

Yet you still won't answer my question.

Funny how Buck shuts up when I point out he violates all the bullying and insulting rules and the Administrator does nothing. He calls people anti-semites, nazis, bigots, racists when he disagrees with them.

He gets quiet when I ask if he owns the site. My guess is he does. I think this is the third time I have asked him that.

Time to move on to Instagram. I hope the advertisers get hip to how a handful of people ruin this site. The site has some great advertisers and helpers but time for me to take my money elsewhere.
PM me some links

Actual social justice merges with economic justice. Indeed, solving both essentially relies on one another. Economic justice is consistent with social justice. I simply disagree with those that promote social justice as the end all be all to economic justice. Those that believe if we just solve racism (by just shining the spotlight on it! With no actual pragmatic ideas about how to actually solve the problems of racism), we'll solve all the problems of economic justice, too, are absolutely delusional. Economic injustice is the reason we have racism. Proof? Does Tiger Woods face racism like an ordinary African American would? Obama? Holder? Do you think anyone in the world walks around in America and calls richer black people "boy"? Doesn't happen. Racism is primarily perpetuated by economic class, not skin color. Is this to say that racism, the kind you describe doesn't exist? The kind where ignorant people who are legitimately racist simply dislike someone for the color of their skin? No, it doesn't. But I bet you'll try to spin it that way.
This is the fundamental reason i started the Mark Blyth economics thread to begin with.

Since he didn't like the thrust of my points, he proceeded to shit all over it for dozens of pages, because that's how he censors other people's legitimate points of view.

He's shallow, callow and his ideas lie fallow.

He's become just as much a polemic hatred as those he purports to oppose.

Not just sad, but a waste.
