Right. Can't have them living. They might sue.
that is one of its biggest uses. as they're laying on the ground you walk past and make certain they are dead with a swift plunge of the knife.

i mean we might as well call a spade a spade..there's no sugar coating this, Ty.

unless of course if they think war may come here?..that's a whole other conversation.

Our police are being transformed into soldiers.
Incorrect.

They literally already are.

The vast majority of today's police for are ex-military. That's why we're having all the shooting issues and brutality issues we're now having.

These are guys that have spent several years in Iraq and/or Afghanistan beating people mercilessly, shooting people pretty much at will, and more.

They come home and about the only jobs they can readily get are police officer.

It's no small wonder that they're treating the American public at large essentially the same exact way they treated Iraqis and Afghans.

A bunch of Words that most don't comprehend, But the Actions of these words are understood and we have been taken back 50 years, Actions speak louder than words, and the actions this administration has done over and over again prove that.
What we need is a younger more in the now person's to run this Country these old fucks are stuck in the time of hate, racist, bigots, and a stronger Military, when we need to reunite and build Bridges, shrink the military, all over the world, We have one Planet and it belongs to all of us, not just Donald Trump.

Exactly this.

And they're backed up by a judicial system that does not want to be held responsible for holding them accountable.

Pretty soon the mailman will be a armed federal police officer. That just happens to drop off mail.

Our police are being transformed into soldiers. With the instruments of warfare coming for free. Welcome to the police state.
In Australia this would be highly illegal and an act of terror on its own people. There is nothing police should have use for in "protecting and serving" General public. It's nearly impossible to even utilise Australian defence force within Australia for terror situations so not a chance in hell they could use army equipment. The police are not even allowed to use australian made firearms due to lithgow making weapons for Australia defenceforce. You know your under dictator ruling when your own shit is used on you

That is correct.

The entire criminal justice system in this nation is a complete shambles. Literally. It has no guidance, no direction, no plan, no end game.

Now, it's a privatized entity hell bent on profit.
They aren't accountable so why should we trust them to hold the rest of us accountable?

This IS what a Police State looks like.

It's astonishing to me every day that the citizens of our 'free' country actually support it.

That has been going on for years. It doesn't happen over night but it creeps up on you. This is why I'm a libertarian, I'm all for giving the power back to the states and not to the Fed Gov.
The way the Fed Gov was set up originally is not clearly not the way it was intended as it is now.
So maybe a good first step would be to stop voting for the right wingnuts who push these policies.

the 101st Congress in 1990 enacted the National Defense Authorization Act. Section 1208 of the NDAA allowed the Secretary of Defense to “transfer to Federal and State agencies personal property of the Department of Defense, including small arms and ammunition, that the Secretary determines is— (A) suitable for use by such agencies in counter-drug activities; and (B) excess to the needs of the Department of Defense.” It was called the 1208 Program. In 1996, Congress replaced Section 1208 with Section 1033.
The 101st Congress had a 55-45 Dem advantage and the House was controlled by Dems as well.

This is why In the other thread about the area around Washington DC them no longer to have warrants is insane and you had the usual suspects on here defending the over reaching hand of Gov. Give the gov an inch and they take a mile.
While on the surface a bill looks like its for good intentions.... well thats the way its always worded. They are not going to come out with a bill that says. "The spying and incarceration on American citizens Act". Its going to be a feel good wording to make you feel warm and cozy.

It's like Homeland Security. It is modeled after fatherland security under Hitler and just like the gun control act of 1968 its all modeled the same. The Gov even brought in Markus Wolfe the infamous Stasi of east germany. Many of these gov work in hand with each for control of their people with a heavy hand.

Political analyst Al Martin, who has in the past proven accurate in getting ahead of the news curve, is reporting that Homeland Security have hired former Stasi head, the 'Silver Fox' Markus Wolf.

Martin states,

"Wolf is the man that effectively built the East German state intelligence operation’s internal directorate," Martin continues. "He turned half the population into informants. That is his specialty, is taking a population, constructing the various state divisions, mechanisms of control, in order to organize informants within the population. That is his real specialty. And that is precisely, as Primakov has intimated, why Wolf is being brought in. The regime knows that once all of Patriot II is in law and they begin working on Patriot III, they will then begin to establish the internal mechanism to coordinate, as an official function of state, a system of informants. Wolf’s speciality was to turn East Germany into the greatest and most efficient informant state ever created."
