Shit It's $5 a half gram on the east coast where I'm at anyway. $45 an 1/8 $80 a 1/4 zips $300. In Delaware its $45 an 1/8 at the compassion center lol and if you want to buy a zip you have to buy 8 1/8's it's crazy Plus they run out of pre-filled cartridges, Rick Simpson oil, wax all the time. Plus to get in you need to show your ID three different times it's like entering a prison. they have lines a half a block long! I just do donations $40 1/8 plus I gave a lot away to people who can't get their meds and are in pain.
I was fudging for effect. It shouldn't be that expensive to buy meds in any case.

Quick question

If I get a "Shipping rate Unavailable" should I keep going with the checkout and then contact? Or do I have to do that first?

Well just got some depressing news. Someone was kind enough to test out a QB288 board for me at 500 ma at 18 inches the ppfd was 150. At 7 inches it was 500 ppfd. :(

I grabbed 9 boards anyone have any ideas how i can use those 9 boards to compete with a CMH 315 (348 watts) in a 3x3 without using more wattage then the 315 uses and actually getting a decent ppfd ?

Open to any suggestions and truly appreciate any help.

Less boards pushed harder ?

Isn't 500ma only pulling 27watts from the wall? You're wanting 40 watts per board? i.e. 700ma.

3 fixtures of 3 boards on a hlg-120-700 would be a pretty efficient wall-to-wall. (if you really want to use all 9 boards)

Or grab constant voltage drivers (hlg-320-54) and wire them in parallel. Gives you room to rebuils/expand later.

because they can run at such a low amperage, doesn't mean you should. I wouldn't run these at less than 1000ma. At 50 watts, your running at 1/3 power, good efficiency and plenty of PPFD

From what im understanding 700 wouldnt cut it either. Less boards more amperage is starting to make more sense.

I saw a 90 watt board at 12 inches gave 1000 ppfd in the center of a 1x1 at the corners of a 1x1 it was in the 500's.

I think im coming from being in the mindset of cobs. A cob at 50 watts is killing it in ppfd its just not the same as a QB at 50 watts.

The need is strong in this one...

Where there's a will, there's a weed!
You bet!! Down here in Argentina blurpee is the only thing you can find, so forget about QB or even COBs to be available.

I asked a reseller for some "specifics" regarding a 3590 chip he had on sale and the only thing he replied was "This are some generic ones" LOL wtf is that

Anyway, I was able to contact the guys at HLG and they replied today, A FREAKING SUNDAY MORNING, telling me that they added the shipping rates for my country.

I have to say that even though I haven't bought anything yet, the customer service from this guys is awesome!! I'm really happy man.

Please let us know how does the shipping to Argentina go. Good luck brother.

I'm running 4 QB 304 at 85 watts each, and its too much as far as I'm concerned, at least without running CO2 . Take your measurement in a reflective tent, you'll see how much better they are than an open room. I kept my light at 30-36" until the plants got too big. And that wasn't stretched plants either, just big! Got to put a dimmer on it this time, all that lights a waste in veg!

30-36" in veg I'm assuming, right?
I had 3 ladies that had been flowering 5 days or so under p300s.
Put in 3 260w kits and they blew up when I was gone for 5 days. Not sure on exact measurements but at least 12-18" I'd say lol
That was with light distance around 24"

I understand the number of photons are increased by the increase in quantity of lights.
You should be at 800-900 range with that quantity.....

I have a question for everyone that mounts their drivers remotely.

I am trying to find out how to connect 3 of them in my mechanical timer without having to extend the Input side of the drivers.

I need inspiration or a new point of view, I have yet to find a solution that is clean
