Which Pots Are You Using?

I've used the plastic bags so don't have to clean them but the roots could look better!

I use Plastic bags ...Tomato bags white and about 3 usg, or 15 liters ..for autos

end of harvest I clean them, dump them to the laundry tub and half a cup of bleach add warm water stir ...

wash and drain allow to air dry ..never had nay root issues yet

plastic tomato bags are easy to store about 50 bags is the same space as 1x 15 liter plastic pot

they don't need as much water as a clothe bag

as a plus you don't get the roots swirling either but they air prune

it would be nice for these Tomatoes bags to come with handles tho..............lol

for my photos I prefer 5 usg ..30?liter round plastic pots

good luck

I thought the whole ideal of air pots is no need to up pot?
you could always just place the 1 liter on top of the 5 or 7 gallon & let the roots make their way down... but the 1 liter airpots are meant for propagation. the plastic on them has gotten thinner over the last decade though. dont use the screws on the 1 liters, zip ties do better. the screws break the plastic cones, at least for me over the years they have.
