Fuck the Ontario government said yesterday they were thinking $10 a gram :o, think I'll get the crew back together. There is no way this is gonna work lol.

Going off multiple sources either by gram per watt, or gram per square foot.
Lets pick per square foot for arguments sake. Between 30 grams per square foot is on the lower side from what iv read. But even at that rate a 2500sq ft of growing space should yield 75000g or 165lbs. Harvesting just 4 times a year results in 660lbs. 660lbs at $1500 a lb is 990,000 a year.
Obviously there will be overhead, and paying employees, ect. ect. But that is a lot of income.
Again, I'm very very new to all of this so be nice. Just a young guy looking to make a good living in this world and if its by growing weed then I'm going to do it.

What happens when you loose a crop to pests or molds/rots or viral problems? You should know about that. Your from Canada, right? How many times has Prairie Plant Systems been hit with allowing contaminated products onto the market up there?

It's not all fun and games. Many will simply run on a sched.. Not on actual plant maturity. Sure there are those that uber control their environs, run the same ol, same ol and do ok...

Oh, and the costs are more then you think.....trust me on that.... You do make money but, not like you think, and not in that space.

The big nuggs have already been picked up in this gold rush. You can wash a little color out, but the real money is in picks and shovels. Sorry, in pots, nutes and soil. Sell to growers. It will give you a better night's sleep. I have a friend who had a Herman that he missed. Whole greenhouse full of seeded pot that had to be oiled. Big time loss of revenue. There are a thousand things like that that happens to farmers everyday.

And the black market is much better for making money. Legal weed is just a tax delivery system.
