8th week of flower but plants not ready to harvest

Can someone take a look a my girls and give me an opinion on how long more do i have for flowering? I'm 8 weeks into flowering I'm thinking another 3 weeks but i may be wrong. I was told this was a gdp strain but i also think that was not correct info either from the person i got the clones from. I have the plants outside on my balcony and thier flowering might have been disrupted by a street light in the alley in the beginning of flower but I've fixed that by putting the plants closer to the center of the balcony under the tarp, I have blinds on the sliding door but they are old and light seems to seep through a bit. Could this be a problem also? I'm starting to see a couple of whiteflies, they are faster than the typical gnat and i killed a little red insect that was under one of the leaves that i noticed had holes in it and from my past research I have found out that mites hang out on under the leaves and eat the leaves. I checked under other leaves and didn't see any more but I could be wrong. Could these harm my girls this far into flower? If so what do i do?

Without seeing a close up and seeing those light green bud hairs you might be 2-3 weeks! Those green hairs need to turn orange and tuck into the bud.. get yourself a jewelers loop and check out your tricolhms
You'll want to see mostly cloudy with some amber tricolhms.

Come on now they are still in veg basically, obviously they are in flower but they either stunted cause the light problem or there some master strain like dr grin spoon long mother fuc#er but tbh you got more meat on them than I had in 100 days flower of grinspoon fuc# about . Bro search google ready to harvest images and you will quickly have an understanding of when you need to harvest, I only just joined my first forum today and I aim to supply helpful info where I can without complicating simple things. Search google ready to harvest images and wait for something similar to what you see as long as you got enough light for the right amount of time you will get there but they are extremely underdeveloped good luck bro

i just tried out a few new strains and had to learn the hard way by some of them getting stressed out with my usual conditions i have underdeveloped buds from I assume light stress( too much )but majority of strains absolutely fine in same conditions. Unless your plants are real low yielding strain I doubt they are ready for harvest bro. Try call out to all the outdoor growers, my mind runs away with itself, I’m thinking maybe a lack of sunlight or that period of time where they was getting that streetlight you mentioned may have stopped your plants growing to there full potential. But remember I know nothing about that because I’m indoor only but them buds look like bottom buds of my plants indoors still mature because I can see brown hairs on yours but they look like the buds I get below the main canopy. I would love to know what you should do right now if anyone could help out
