So, in all the Allard, Phelan, court trials, government bs. I got a little lost. I was part of the group covered in the Injunction (MMAR). Are we still grandfathered (even if we moved addresses)?

And on a side-note (This could be false) but someone told me Canada was looking at 4 plant grow limits across Canada recreationally?

address change is only a technically and beatable in court.
Like a person who is forced to move can't use his court injuction case.. MMAR anymore...

its kinda funny to think otherwise if they are dying of cancer.
.PURE BS and a tech any lawyer could get you off.bongsmilie

only the ones who don't have an excuse are gonna say otherwise :)
ya do what ya gotta do in this life. NO matter what anyone says ..specially when you have your rights supported by the courts!

Its a WIN WIN situation no matter what any fucker says!

My old mmar papers have changed addresses with my garden several times. HC will no longer update mmar, and I ain't giving up my papers, so I figure it's none of their business. No issues ever....but that's just my experience. Do what you gotta do.

If you move your grow to a different location than what is stated on your papers than NO, you are no longer "grandfathered". Yes their's a good chance you could beat it in court but just know that that's exactly what it could come down to and everything else that comes along with that.

My other option would be to register to grow under ACMPR? However, even if I'm still "technically" covered I really don't want to give up my pinks! It's silly that I am grandfathered, but if you don't live there you can't grow.... like I'm the same person, with the same medical needs....lol. I helped out my local club short-term in the past and they gave my their lawyer's number at the time (I'd think they have a really good lawyer, I did call them once. Would you recommend I put them on retainer? or just knowing their number is fine enough?)

Is there any good reasons I should want to keep my pinks? Would I better off just going ACMPR? (I just like being technically grandfathered you don't have to keep doing yearly registrations.)
