Best strains opinions?

What are the highest yeilding highest THC content strains? Nothing that's incredibly hard (finicky) to grow either if possible but I'm most interested in high yield and high thc content because I can only cultivate 4 plants this time around. Thanks ahead of time for your input on this subject!

See the problem with weed is....

tho its not possible ,,but if it were to toke a joint with weed from a plant that's got 50% thc

and then you run out and left with weed from a 25% thc plant

you'd feel nothing but a slight buzz

the deal being thc builds up in your body

and its easy measured with one of those drug kits

so you gotta manage this build up

asking the noobist of noobist questions ain't the best way to start either

as a member of RIU its assumed you have some knowledge on this subject

welcome to riu

good luck

4)Thanks ahead of time for your input on this subject!
1) yield will be determined by your veg time assuming every resource is provided
2)I've grown hundreds of different strains and none were any more finicky than the other in a proper environment.
3)I've seen one plant in a tent yield more than a pound in a scrog trained grow, read a grow bible quick
4) you are welcome

good luck

Thanks everybody for your input. Sorry for the newb question didn't mean to annoy anybody on here with my question just confusing looking at seeds online because some say extremely high yields others don't and a lot of them have different thc contents listed. I'm just new is all and starving for knowledge. My bad

In the thoughts of the best strain??? Well like many say hard. People have different tastes, the highs they like the ones they do not!! There’s plenty on the list that are high tech, yielding strains, for instance I have 2 cuts. Ohhhh yes. Not seeds true cuts( Bodhi)sunshine daydream it has it all bag appeal frosty frosty, monster yielding and to be honest one of the best smokes I have experienced, 10/10 by far. I also have the Bruce banner#3 cut original cut. Monster thc levels frosty colas and again yields like a monster. Currently pulling 2.8 lbs per 1000 with my hps and 3.2 with my leds. I have pics for all who may have other thoughts lol. But for your question if you can find a true cut of bb3. The thc and the yield are there!!! Not a really hard plant to get to know!! And you can reallly push her to the max if your handy . Ohhh having mine tested running 28%thc and minor traces of cbd .034. But again that’s just one little fishes thoughts in a monster sea.

If your looking at nirvana strains I would look into northern lights, aurora indica, papaya, blue mystic, Snow White, white rhino.

if you're new to growing don't think you will get massive yields of super high thc. I mean you will get nice buds if you put in the time, but you wont be breaking records. those numbers of crazy yields and high thc is because the grower/s have been at it for years. no one is an allstar first time on the field.
now to answer your question. IMO most modern hybrids are capable of high yields and high THC in the right hands. cup winners always good place to start.

To be really truthful with you.

You had better be ready to spend big coins for what you want.

Lets see here. Right now, Platinum Banana OG is the most popular thing I'm running. Big dollar strain.....Don't even think there are beans available right now....

At auction on Sunday. The last pack of original true OG X Platinum Banana OG was sold. I can't tell you the sale price (don't know it. Closed biding and only 1 bid per strain, per person) but, starting bids were set at $400.00 US dollars.......
I was told by one of the 2 breeders that some really high bids came in.

Take from that what you will.

You've gotta keep in mind that there's a bit of these "top" strains that were created by accidental pollination and have a tendency to turn hermaphrodite. Not always the best choice for a first grow.

but like water, nutrients, climate control......being prepared for normal garden issues is paramount. OptiSwitch will stop a hermaphrodite in its sack. Been around for decades, used in commercial furit/veggies. A must have for anybody not wanting to risk losing a crop to hermaphrodism.
