Whole new meaning to the word Social!
(:

You can put one together for around 850 but it will take up a 4 by 4 by 7 foot foot print of area where ever it is set up.
This one goes away after its done and can be set up in the time it takes the plates to heat up.
dont rightly know how long that is
But it sets up in seconds!..

bad friggin ass, glad to see you got it back from the powder coating guy. I’ve done rosin but I have to ask, what’s the point in a 20ton?
The more you can squish the bags the better the rosin output. As long as you don't blow out the bag the more the merrier on the squeeze part. There is always some left in the bag after the squish. So the more you can squash it the better. You can wash the bag with ISO after or butane or any solvent of choice you use normally.
Most folks refold the bag after and squish it again. Or stack 2 bags together and re-squeeze the bags.

If you wanted to make that rig a little easier to manage you could swap the bottle jack for a pancake jack...they're alot smaller...lighter. Google "Enerpac hydraulics"
I priced everything out.
.the BVA I wanted cost more than what it cost to put it together 8-)
The press was free.
Paid for the jack and PIDs and heaters...
Plates were cheap at 25 bucks (:
It was my first one... lol I could have made it smaller. Couple inches one way and another..
As it stands Its 30" tall by 14" wide by 4 " thick with feets at 14 "
Weighs 85 pounds with the 32 pound jack on it.
