You say "sensible seeds" is reliable? Where do they ship from? I would be interested.
man sensibleseeds.com are one of the original UK international seedbanks long before attitudeseedbank came along, they are 100% legit, ive made 6 orders from them and all arrived to southern hemisphere, i first ordered from them in 2003, havnt ordered from them in 4yrs so im not up on their stealth or anything else, but i know they will send in original sealed breeders packs (which is very important to me),

Dude that looks like a honest to goodness customs form, besides that why would a reputable seed company try to nickel and dime when they can get cash off of you numerous times if they provide a good product and good service? See it makes no sense and it's poor business practice.
I am sure that if you did not convince yourself they were ripping you off you would not have demanded they fix it, dude lay off the pot a bit and get the paranoia under control.
These guys have been around awhile and get good raps, so I'll take your conspiracy theory with a grain of salt and order my seeds with confidence,
I'd suggest you get back on the horn with a more conciliatory attitude and maybe they will help you out. I personally order from the attitude but I've never heard of these folks ripping anyone off and no business that wants to be around for any period of time will practice this strategy of losing customers for a short term gain. It defies the principles of good commerce and common sense.
Truuuudat.....

Google brought me to this thread after doing research and am going through the same situation. I placed an order and it was dispatched 8/21.i just now received my package 9/15 with the customs letter.

My advice would be just order it in the US or travel to a legal state to make bean purchases.
But hey, if you've ordered from them and had successful transactions more power to you. I just would avoid the possibility of this happening to you.

This wasn't meant to bash OSSC. Just giving my experience with ordering from overseas.

I ended up talking with customer service back and fourth until the issue was resolved. The replies were fairly quick so long as it's in their hours of operation of course.

I had to upload and show verification of the letter and envelope and once they confirmed that they got it and reviewed it they reshipped my order on 9/29 and I received it 10/7.

I received all seeds but i also received some seeds without feminized on the label. Hopefully it's just a lazy error and they all sprout to be beautiful ladies.

I was prepared to count my losses and move on so this cheered me up.

Yes the "not original" sensible seeds website has done me no wrong so far.
I got Strawberry Banana seeds by Reserva Privada from them recently. the packaging looked legit and they are currently healthy strong young plants.

I have never ordered from Original Sensible Seed Company so I can't comment on their reliability but I want to make sure that people don't confuse them with Sensible Seeds https://www.sensibleseeds.com/ which I have used and have been extremely happy with. On my last order I received an email the day after stating that they were out of some of what I ordered. They apologized, asked what I would like instead, and added an extra 10% to the original value. I replied to the email with the substitutions and the order was shipped the next day. Had it in the mail in under a week.
They also give extra seeds for paying with bitcoin and have many other promotions and free seeds depending on the amount you spend. They also price match and their selection is vast. The seeds come in breeder packs except for some of the freebies. Sensible Seeds is a legitimate company with excellent customer service.

Nice to know they're legit, I just ordered from Sensible Seeds after reading this thread. Shame there's always scammers trying to cash in on someone elses good rep as it's clear OSSC is doing.

Btw, I still find it hard to believe that it's even possible for a scammer to post a letter with a fake seizure notices already taped to it, you would think that wouldn't make it past the originating postal service, but idk.

Its an interesting thread,
I cant see a seed company doing this.
If I was going all conspiracy theory I would think some stoners working in customs knows what they are looking for and have found a way to get free seeds.
But I think that didn't happen either.

But if it did It is genius

EDIT: So I've been waiting for an email to let me know how to process a credit card - seems I misread their message, because they apparently no longer do, BUT what you can do apparently, is use your CC to buy an Amazon gift card in their name (from Amazon.uk) so sorry if anyone read this already.

NO CC, but they do take money orders, Paypal, bank transfer, Bitcoin and cash, so all bases covered.
As usual, I got carried away and got way more than I need, lol, plus besides what I ordered I'm supposed to get 15 free feminized seeds due to the order size PLUS 5 more seeds for using the credit card option (which seems odd, but is faster and less hassle then some others), just waiting to see what they are. I ordered these,

Humboldt Seed Blue Dream Feminized
Cali Connection Seeds Girl Scout Cookies Feminized
Expert Seeds Gorrila Glue #4 x White Widow Feminized
Expert Seeds Gorrila Glue #4
Sensible Seeds Premium Select Night Nurse Feminized
Sensible Seeds Premium Selection Seriously Citrus Feminized

The seeds are hidden in the brochure you donut.

Lol no, jk. Wow great website man: http://en.seedfinder.eu/seedbanks/reviews/ Tons of seed banks with great reviews, and tons with terrible ones.
Lol. This is funny as shit. The seeds were probably in the brochure. I won't discuss the best stealth shipping for obvious reasons. I will say that I've had the stealth part be so good it take 30 minutes for my stoned ass to find them.

I can see somebody overlooking seeds and being mad.

Dude might have even thrown them away.

Its even funnier cause the op got called a donut.

Edit:
I know its an old thread. Just find it amusing.

bit pricey though in comparison...eg TGA agent orange from the AttitudeSeedbank comes in @US$130, from Sensible Seeds @ US$170...

Its nothing but the odds. If you order enough questionable stuff you will eventually get a customs letter. I've gotten 3. Never in my real name.

It happens. Its no big deal. It just randomly happens and sometimes its going to be first time buyers that get popped. They freak out. No biggie. Any reputable seedbank will resend if popped.

This guy freaked out off the bat and probably acted a dick and they said screw it. They didn't want his business back.

Most seed banks will not garuntee germination. For a couple reasons, the main one being that discussing germination makes them complicit in manufacturing.

Talk to them right in code and they will replace them. Some will, I should say, I've only done that once.

I'm rambling.

I used seedfinder to check the prices of the ones I wanted, of course they don't give you an exhaustive list, but they seemed to be in line or lower than most. I also saw something on there about price matching, that if it's kind for kind, I think they'll match that price, but you'd have to check that yourself bro.

That makes sense,
This thread reminded me of how cool it is to be alive at this time.
God damn seeds from thousands of great strains straight to the mailbox.
