"Electing a Democrat in Alabama to own the Libtards, MAGA!"

What happens to Republicans in that State when they realize the Democrat is actually the one truly representing their interests?
If he represents liberals, Republicans are going to hate him.From his civil rights record and strong support from women and black voters, I'm guessing he stays solidly liberal in terms of social issues. If he tries to represent from the center or center right in economic policy, the bernster faction of the Democratic party are going to hate him but it might work for him with Alabama voters.

Jones is in an interesting place and it will be interesting to see how it works out. He runs again in 2020 and Republicans are already claiming victory.

There is plenty of common ground he can stand on. The CHIP program is a good example. Main street loves that program, as well as social security and medicaid. If done correctly, even minimum wage legislation can be popular; not with the elites in the gop - but with the working class and poor. Hell, most whites in AL are probably on SNAP as well.

That's what the gop is afraid of, and after this tax bill, everyone will see they aren't populists. No matter what faux says.

I think you might be right.

It's not up to me, that's for sure. I have no idea what the Alabama voter will do. After yesterday, nobody can say that. I did hear commentary ahead of the election that Jones pretty much ran a campaign in the background because he didn't want to draw attention away from Moore's problems. He can't do that anymore. Jones has two years to show the Alabama voter he's the right choice longer term.

Imagine being the man to change minds and single handedly turned Alabama purple...?

Now that's "Real MAGA" tm

Well, it's 3 years actually. ;) 18, 19, and 20. His term won't end until january of 2021. Which coincidentally is the same as the current potus.

Kentucky state lawmaker kills himself following molestation allegation

State Rep. Dan Johnson, also a pastor who called himself “pope,” was the subject of an extensive report published Monday by the Kentucky Center for Investigative Reporting. It accused the Republican lawmaker of molesting a 17-year-old girl in his church’s basement in 2012.

I thank all of the women especially black that came out to castrate this turd. I hear the women turnout did it. Grab em by the pussy!
The BLACK women did it. White women actually voted for Moore, by 60% to 40%. Shameful.

Thank black women for their contribution to Doug Jones' victory.

Here's how ;

Yep. Putting this everywhere. Y'all consider supporting them now, hear?

EDIT: we should not forget to thank black men, as well. 94% went for Jones. I'd really like to hear what was going through the heads of that 3% who went for Moore.
