Anyone else see the new Jacks Aqua Gold products?
Seems like its only available at Martins.. not even on JR peters site

I only use the finisher, these are nutes that Jack has designed for cannabis, started out only bein available in legal states, I've had it for bout a year now, I simply ordered it from the JR Peters web site

I got some on clearance becuase the bucket lid was missing and another container was cracked 6 bucks for two 32 ounce containers. I use a half teaspoon in every watering for my Coco, soil, super soil, hempy, and rdwc. My hands down favorite way to use it is as a spray, I use a herbicide sprayer that's a gallon with pHd water and a quarter teaspoon of jacks. The plants and clones absolutely love it I noticed an immediate difference, I haven't stopped usage it works way to good.

I have 3 Jacks I am going to be using testing right now with tomatoes.

Acid 17-6-6, 14% S, Palm 16-5-25, 7% S, and Bloom 10-30-20

All Mixed equally.

N (17+10+16)/3 = 14.3
Ammoniacal Nitrogen 6.53%
Nitrate Nitrogen 3.47%
Urea Nitrogen 4.34%

P (6+30+5)/3 = 13.7
K (6+20+25)/3 = 17
Mg (1+.5+.5)/3 = .67
S (14+7)/3 = 7
B .02
Cu .05
Fe (.3+.1+.1)/3 = .17
Mn .05
Mo .0009
Zn .05

So I'm gonna switch over to Jack's and I've seen the aquagold grow n bloom and the aquagold finisher. What I'm wondering is if I have to use a nitrogen supplement with them. Or a magnesium supplement? Can either of them be used as a stand alone for full cycle or do they have to be used together with the grow n bloom for veg and and the finisher for flower? I've been using AN and don't want to pay the overpriced markup anymore.

Do I use them both for separate parts of the grow or can finisher be used all the way through? Not real familiar with Jack's. The grow n bloom sounds like a full cycle nute. I have to supplement call/mag with AN anyways.

I think too many people get caught up in marketing hype. Fertilizers will not make your weed more potent or frosty simply because you spent more money on them. If you follow the plant's needs you should be able to get top quality weed whether you used general hydroponics, dynagrow or jacks. Less is more.

Awesome ordered a sample. I grow in hydro DWC. I'm still trying to learn the needs of the plant and what hydro nutes would be best and cost the least. That's why I'm moving away from the marketing hype.

Was looking at the Jacks Classic BB, see the NPK is 10-30-20. Wouldn’t the nitrogen ratio be too high for after the stretch? Especially after week 5 or 6 when N is needed less? Does the high PK average it out?

Using the 20-20-20 at one tablespoon per gallon is 20-20-20.
Using it at one teaspoon a gallon it is roughly 7-7-7.
Using at one half teaspoon a gallon is roughly 3-3-3 which is all the plants will ever need throughout the entire life cycle.
Basic math plus basic horticulture equals a better crop,way too much nonsense round here.

I watch the plant to see when to feed. I usually run 4 different strains at a time. Some need more some need less. Ymmv

I use Jacks citrus for veg and Jacks AquaGold Finisher In bloom. Works well for me. I add some cal/mag throughout veg and bloom as well

You use aqua gold finisher in veg then too? Just using calnite for more N in veg early flower?

Just want to correct this hoping for no offense taint.

The ratio does not change only the concentration (ppm, ec) would be lower.
